Meet Scott

Scott Hitzel is the Founder and Chief Strategist of Tipping Points LLC. Equipped with a Masters in Organizational Leadership from BIOLA University, licensed in LifePlanning & StratOps through the Paterson Center, certified in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University, and 25+ years of building leaders and organizations Scott believes in a brighter future and our ability to build it together.

Scott spent over 10 years in senior level executive leadership in two thriving organizations, with another decade at Rick Warren’s Saddleback where he was a pioneer within the multi-site movement.

He is actively involved in raising awareness and addressing the realities that 80% of at-risk kids who age out of foster care will experience homelessness, be incarcerated, or end up in sex-trafficking.

He is an avid cyclist riding approximately 4,000 miles in 2022, including a 525 mile charity event for childhood arthritis through Amgen that travels from San Francisco to Los Angeles in a weeks time. He also has a deep appreciation of nature, art, food, and loves watching sports.

Scott and his wife Lisa have been married 28 years and are raising identical twins.
